Recipe: sea bass with green tea

Ingredients:

  • 2 sea bass
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon green tea
  • Potatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil

First of all, we will need a baking container in which we will first place the chopped potatoes and onion, forming a “bed” for the sea bass. This will be the garnish for our dish. We recommend adding a pinch of salt and/or garlic so that they have more flavour. Add a splash of olive oil on top and put it in the oven for about 10 minutes at 200º. Later we will take it out of the oven to add the sea bass.

We will clean the two sea bass and place them in the container in which we have placed the garnish. We will flavor the fish with green tea, spicing both the skin and the inside of the fish. We will also place some lemon slices next to the sea bass.

We put everything back in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes at 180º and we will have a delicious dish ideal to have for dinner.
